Q1: What refrigerants is this quick connector suitable for?
A: Our product is compatible with the vast majority of refrigerants on the market, including R600a, R134a, R404A, R410A, R32, etc. The sealing material can be customized according to specific media (such as EPDM, FKM, HNBR) to ensure long-term compatibility without corrosion.
Q2: Is there really no leakage when disconnected?
A:Yes. We adopt a bidirectional self sealing valve core design, with independent shut-off valves integrated inside both male and female heads. When the thread is unscrewed, the valve core resets simultaneously under the action of the spring.
Q3: How much pressure can it withstand? What is the working temperature range?
A:The standard model has a pressure resistance of 35 bar, but we have also customized systems for high-pressure operation, such as the R744 system. The standard operating temperature range is -40 ℃~+125 ℃, which meets the full working condition requirements of refrigeration equipment from freezing to heat dissipation.
